HAUL FOR AK-Intercon

Thank you for your interest in becoming a transportation provider for AK-Intercon LLC. Below are some of the key requirements in order for your company to register with AK-Intercon. If your company is not compliant to one or more of the qualification criteria contained in this registration process, you may return at another time.
CARRIER REGISTRATION CONDITIONS
To register as a third-party haulage provider for AK-INTERCON LLC, applicants must meet the following conditions:
  1. USDOT Number: Provide a valid USDOT number issued by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA).
  2. MC Number: Hold a valid Motor Carrier (MC) number issued by the FMCSA.
  3. Liability Insurance: Maintain minimum liability insurance coverage of $1 million.
  4. Cargo Insurance: Carry cargo insurance with a minimum coverage of $100,000.
  5. Safety Rating: Have a satisfactory safety rating with the FMCSA.
  6. Compliance: Comply with all applicable federal and state regulations, including those related to safety, hours of service, and vehicle inspections.
  7. Business Registration: Provide proof of business registration with the appropriate state authorities.
  8. Tax Compliance: Show proof of tax compliance with the IRS and applicable state tax authorities.
  9. Certificate of Insurance: Provide a certificate of insurance naming AK-INTERCON LLC as a certificate holder.
  10. Agreement: Sign a carrier agreement with AK-INTERCON LLC, acknowledging compliance with these conditions and our terms and conditions.
By registering as a third-party haulage provider, applicants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these conditions.
